Great flat with a lot of charm! Decent size and well equipped with a cooktop and microwave, it was perfect for a month-long work trip. About 10 minutes walk from East Point MARTA station with no problems getting there. Both the apartment and surrounding neighborhood have a lot of nice character, though the flat is on the second floor up an external staircase. There is off street parking available, but it is shared with others at the property and is first come first serve. I mostly parked on the street and had 0 problems with it while I was there. Super convenient by car to College Park, Hartsfield-Jackson, Delta’s GO, and easy access to the highways.

This place was great! Especially if you’re traveling solo or with a partner. My only complaint was that theres no thermostat but there is a space heater. The shower stayed nice and hot for a long time. The bed was very comfy, great lighting and smelled good. I enjoyed my stay very much i hope to visit this place again!

I spent the first month of the year at Jeannie's place, and honestly, it was just what I needed. The space has such a peaceful vibe, and everything was super clean and well-kept throughout my 30 day stay. It really felt like a little home away from home. The cozy setup helped me unwind and settle in easily. Jeannie's created such a calming space here - if you're looking for a peaceful extended stay, you'll definitely find it here. Really grateful for this lovely start to my year. 10/10
